Louise is an artist who lives and works in North Yorkshire. She trained at Loughborough College of Art and Design, followed by a post graduate course at Bretton Hall College and she teaches Art in a local secondary school.
Away from school, she produces work that captures elements from the Yorkshire landscape producing drawings that lead to printed editions. Lino printed works and drypoint etching combined with fragments of collage or unusual appropriated surfaces are her favoured techniques.
